Course Content
Araştırma Yöntemleri dersi, etkili bir iş araştırması yürütmek için gerekli olan geniş bir konu yelpazesini kapsamaktadır. Temel çalışma alanları arasında araştırma süreci, problem formülasyonu ve araştırma soruları ile hipotezlerin geliştirilmesi yer almaktadır. Öğrenciler, keşifsel, tanımlayıcı ve nedensel araştırma dahil olmak üzere farklı araştırma tasarımlarının yanı sıra nitel ve nicel yöntemler arasındaki ayrımı öğreneceklerdir. Derste anket, mülakat ve gözlem gibi veri toplama teknikleri ile istatistiksel analiz ve tematik analiz gibi veri analiz yöntemleri ele alınacaktır. Pratik alıştırmalar, vaka çalışmaları ve nihai bir araştırma projesi aracılığıyla öğrenciler, araştırma yöntemlerini gerçek dünyadaki iş sorunlarına uygulama konusunda uygulamalı deneyim kazanacaklardır.
Objectives of the Course
"The aim of the Research Methods course is to give students a thorough understanding of the methodologies and techniques used in business research. This course aims to equip students with the skills needed to design, conduct, and analyze research projects that address complex business problems. Covering both qualitative and quantitative research methods, students will be prepared to critically evaluate existing research, formulate research questions, collect and analyze data, and present their findings effectively. The course emphasizes the importance of ethics and scientific rigor in conducting business research."
