Course Content
Room types, number of people to stay, date, day, prices, meals, facilities, fees etc. To learn about, making reservations, making payments, complaining about any shortcomings, exiting and similar words, grammar and dialogue teaching.
Objectives of the Course
Simple, simple and common expressions to make reservations, to learn about the hotel, arrival and exit to teach the language to provide.

| 1 | The introduction covers course objectives, expected student behavior, materials, discipline, attendance, exam type, and passing grade. |
| 2 | Room types (single and double, sea view, balcony, non-smoking, bed and breakfast included, etc.) are explained and practiced. Various hotel amenities (pool, beach, taxi, dry cleaning service, hairdresser, etc.) are explained in the target language and exercises related to these topics are given. |
| 3 | Making a reservation by phone: A dialogue is presented to the students. The words and phrases in the text are taught. The functioning of grammatical patterns is explained. The questions that the receptionist might ask and the possible answers are taught, and the students try to recreate the dialogue, first looking at the text and then without looking, in the role of customer-receptionist. Homework: They are asked to prepare a similar dialogue. |
| 4 | Students role-play dialogues they prepared as homework, some of which are different from last week's. The teacher supervises the students. |
| 5 | Hotel Arrival; Conversation with the Receptionist: Students are given a dialogue consisting of greetings, stating their name and reservation, showing their passport, the number of days they will stay, and how to make the payment. Homework: They are asked to prepare a similar dialogue. |

| 7 | Gathering information about the hotel. Where and when dinner is, what amenities are available at the hotel, until what time is it open, thanking the staff. A dialogue covering these topics is brought to class. The words and phrases in the text are taught. The functioning of grammatical patterns is explained. |
| 8 | Students are asked to analyze the dialogue. They are paired up and assigned the roles of customer and receptionist. They are asked to perform the dialogue, first looking at the text, then without. Students are given homework assignments involving similar dialogues and complaints. |
| 9 | Students role-play dialogues they prepared as homework, some of which are different from last week's. The teacher supervises the students. The teacher also emphasizes how to report any deficiencies at the hotel. |
| 10 | Leaving the hotel. A dialogue is given. It is read by the teacher. Students read it while seated, taking on roles. The words and phrases in the text are taught. The functioning of grammatical patterns is explained. They are asked to role-play while sitting and looking at the paper. |
| 11 | For the dialogue studied last week, students stand up and role-play. First looking at the paper, then without looking. Students are paired up. One partner plays the receptionist and the other plays the customer, and they prepare a dialogue in class to check out of the hotel. |
| 12 | Students role-play dialogues they prepared in class last week, some of which are different from last week's. The teacher supervises the students. All topics covered are reviewed, and an appropriate exercise is given. |
| 13 | The four skills learned—a) reserving a place on the phone, b) checking into a hotel, c) obtaining information and checking out of the hotel—are put into practice one last time using improvisation. Information about the final exam is given. |
