Course Content
The content covers global supply chain management, export and import operations, logistics planning and operations, customs clearance, transportation modes, risk management and crisis management. The role of modern technologies in these areas and practical case studies and projects are also an important part of the course. Students reinforce theoretical knowledge with practical applications.
Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to teach students the actual implementation and management methods of international trade and logistics processes. Students learn how to manage global trade operations, logistics strategies and practices in practice.
