Course Content
The course examines the fundamental concepts of international trade law, international sales contracts, CISG, Incoterms, international carriage law, the CMR Convention, the Hague-Visby Rules, documentary credits and UCP 600, electronic trade documents, the Digital Product Passport, and international commercial arbitration.
Objectives of the Course
The aim of the course is to enable students to understand the legal structure of international commercial transactions and to evaluate, at a basic level, the rights and obligations of parties in relation to sale of goods, delivery, carriage, payment, and dispute resolution processes.
