Course Content
The course consists of basic grammar topics, professional vocabulary, job interviews, language problems that may be experienced in the business world and solutions to these problems.
Objectives of the Course
It is aimed to teach the professional language used in the fields of Business and International Trade, which can be used both during higher education and in business life after graduation while it is ensured that students do not forget the basic subjects of English.

3 Milestones and important days. Life events. Simple Past + when, before and after
4 Making and responding to invitations. Having dialogues.
5 Sensory verbs. Describing what an object makes you feel. "Sensory verbs + like"
6 Describing personal traits. Adjectives that describe reactions and feelings.
7 Talking about how people do things. Adverbs of degree and manner.
8 Midterm exam
9 Expressing the feelings. The difference between exciting and excited, tiring and tired etc.
10 Talking about past activities and ongoing processes. The introduction to Present Perfect Tense.
11 Describing emotions. Expressing ability/inability in the past by using "could" and "was/were able to".
12 Talking about food choices. Count and non-count nouns with some, any and no.
13 Talking about food customs. Quantifiers related to food. The usages of much, many, a lot of, how much and how many.
14 Talking about what you have and need. The ingredients of common foods. The usage of "enough" and "too much/too many" in the context of meal.
