Course Content
Course Content Finance and budget, Human resources, Purchasing, Inventory management, Performance management, organizational structure, etc. Productivity analysis applications will be discussed. Current practices in the field regarding productivity analysis will be shared.

Purpose of the course: To provide students with information on how companies can achieve their sustainable growth and sustainable profitability targets through efficiency analysis.
