Course Content
It covers basic sensor and instrumentation principles in the context of systems designed for space or atmospheric flight. Avionics systems; basic measuring system for force, temperature, pressure; navigation systems (Global Positioning System, Inertial Reference Systems, radio navigation), air data systems, communication systems; determination of spacecraft attitude with star, sun and horizon detection; Incompatible and Doppler radar is studied as remote sensing with radiometry, spectrometry and interferometry. It also covers basic electromagnetic theory and review of antenna design and design considerations for flight.

Learning the electronic and orientation systems of Air and Space Vehicles, Artificial Satellites.
