Course Content
The roles of the family counselor, determining the needs of the family, defining the basic concepts such as individual in the environment, empowerment, social functionality, social action, self-esteem, spirituality, communication with children, planned change process, need for family counseling, intervention approaches (system approach, ecological approach, solution-oriented approach, gestalt therapy, cognitive behavioral approach, crisis intervention, social constructivism).
Objectives of the Course
Dealing with all members of the family institution together with its biopsychosocial impact dimensions, discussing approaches, application models, interview techniques to increase the problem-solving skills, empowerment capacities, and life management and control skills of family members.
