• Sağlık psikolojisinin tanımı, başlıca modelleri ve tarihçesi • Sağlığın Geliştirilmesi ve Birinci Basamak Koruma • Sağlık Davranışları: Egzersiz, Kaza önleme, Sağlıklı Beslenme, Kilo Kontrolü ve Obezite • Sağlığa Zararlı Davranışlar: Alkolizm ve Sigara İçme • Stres: Tanımı, Kuramsal Yaklaşımlar ve Ölçülme • Başa Çıkma ve Sosyal Destek • Hastalık Belirtilerini Tanıma ve Sağlık Hizmetlerinden Yararlanma • Hasta- Hekim İlişkileri • Ağrı: Tanımı, Ölçülmesi ve Yönetimi • Kronik Hastalıkların Yönetimi • Kalp Hastalığı, Hipertansiyon, İnme ve Tip II Diyabet • Psikonöroimmünoloji ve Bağışıklıkla İlişkili Hastalıklar: AİDS, Kanser, Artrit ve Tip I Diyabet
Objectives of the Course
The definition of health psychology, the examination of psychological and communication skills in patient interactions with health personnel constitutes the first part of the course. Following this, the interaction between physiologically based health problems and psychological processes and the theoretical studies revealed in this subject will be discussed.
