Course Content
This course covers the concept of posture, normal postural alignment, factors affecting posture, classification of postural disorders, postural disorders of the head-neck, spine, pelvis, upper and lower extremities, postural assessment methods, muscle shortness and weakness, postural awareness, corrective exercises, stretching and strengthening exercises, and exercise planning through clinical examples.
Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to enable students to recognize normal posture and postural disorders, learn postural assessment methods, and plan appropriate exercise approaches for different postural problems.
