  4. Performs comprehensive assessments using physiotherapy evaluation tools and techniques, and develops appropriate treatment plans based on the results.

  5. Produces ethical, effective, and patient-centered solutions in clinical decision-making processes, guided by scientific evidence and current literature.

  6. Integrates knowledge, skills, and attitudes across various physiotherapy and rehabilitation practice areas and demonstrates them with professional responsibility.
