Course Content
The aim and implementation of the course; the history, definition, and principles of pulmonary rehabilitation; the pathophysiology and rehabilitation of respiratory diseases; assessment and treatment methods used in pulmonary rehabilitation; physiotherapy and rehabilitation after pulmonary surgery; respiratory assistive devices; oxygen therapy; aspiration; physiotherapy and rehabilitation in neonates with respiratory problems; and energy expenditure in activities of daily living.
Objectives of the Course
Recognition of this problem in patients with respiratory problems, evaluation of patients with appropriate assessment methods, selection of respiratory physiotherapy approaches and pulmonary rehabilitation practices and planning and implementation of the appropriate treatment program for the patient.
