The concept of health, personal and environmental factors on healthy life, health and exercise relationship, problems caused by sedentary lifestyle on body, health effects of exercise, understanding exercise, physical activity and sport concepts, health related physical fitness parameters, exercise classification, exercise prescription for health related physical fitness parameters, exercise in children and elderly, exercise planning in different diseases, effects of exercise on body systems and organs

It is aimed to understand the health effects of the concepts of exercise, physical activity, sport and physical fitness
