Course Content
Electrophysical mechanisms, physiological responses of muscle and nerve, stimulation properties of healthy and denervated muscle will be discussed, and the basic properties and application principles of low-frequency and medium-frequency currents will be discussed.
Objectives of the Course
To investigate the electrophysiological principles of electrotherapy, to examine the responses of tissues to the electrotherapy modalities commonly used in physiotherapy, and to teach the effect mechanisms and application methods of low and medium frequency currents.
