| 2 | 1A) Listening & Speaking: How do you study? Understanding key information in a presentation and taking notes. Grammar: Present simple. (Pages: 9-10-11) HOMEWORK: You will be given a 2-minute presentation on introducing yourself. |
| 3 | Listening to presentations. 1B) Reading: Identifying text types and topics. Reading the text titled "Learning new skills", answering questions and taking notes. (Pages 12-13) HOMEWORK: TASK 4 on page 14 will be given as homework. |
| 4 | Homework check. 2A) Listening & Speaking: Evaluating academic websites and understanding their design. Video: A student presentation will be watched and notes will be taken. What should the presentation language be? Sequencing words (Firstly, secondly…) (Pages 23-24-25) HOMEWORK: A 3-minute PowerPoint presentation will be assigned. (See TASK 5) |
