Course Content
Turkey Tender History, Public Procurement legislation, Law, decree laws and regulations, Price difference principles, Tender types and procedures, Criticism of tender legislation in Turkey, Public Procurement Authority, Communiqués and Regulatory decisions and procurement of goods and services
Objectives of the Course
To teach the principles and procedures related to the regulation and implementation of contracts related to the tenders made in accordance with the Public Procurement Law by public institutions and organizations that are subject to public law or are under public control or that use public resources.
