Course Content
Definition and branches of zoning law, sources of zoning law, legal framework of planning in Turkey, planning levels, relevant central and local units, development of zoning legislation in Turkey, important articles of the Zoning Law, other important laws (Environmental Law, Coastal Law, Culture and Tourism Law). Natural Heritage Protection Law, Tourism Law, etc.), criticism of zoning legislation in Turkey, examples from court decisions
