Course Content
Defining and analyzing the topic. Developing the scenario and concept according to the program and user requirements. Developing the program scheme and space organization for the project. Investigation of the structural system. Proposing solutions based on the scenario, concept, program and requirements. Developing the subject by making sketches and models. Structuring the project according to the development of the proposals, researching on the application, re-analyzing, questioning and discussing. Preparation of the project for presentation by working on presentation techniques.
Objectives of the Course
Developing distinctive personal design approaches of the students and professional positions to the design process, this studio aims to give students the capability of accomplishing a design project with evaluation of several design parametric in several different perspectives. The students are expected to establish their architectural knowledge, which they gained for last years during their architectural education, to their design projects. The students are also required to develop their personal architectural-solution-making methods with the use of appropriate scales and visualization technics in their design projects
