Course Content
Derste projelendirmenin ve şantiye uygulamasının çeşitli aşamalarında yapı ekonomisi ve özellikle inşaat ekonomisi yönetimi konularının açığa kavuşturulmasına çaba gösterilecektir. Ayrıca öğrenci ders süresinde tasarladığı bir yapının maliyet keşfini hesaplayacaktır. Ders resimli belgelerin ve malzemelerin sunulması ile saydam gösterileri eşliğinde sürdürülecektir.
Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to develop the student's knowledge of project management and economics in general and construction site management and economics in particular and to calculate the approximate cost of a building designed during the course by calculating the cost discovery and quantities.

1 Explanation of general concepts, quantity surveying, unit price, approximate cost calculation,
2 Explaining how unit prices, special prices and analyzes are formed with examples.
3 Making wall and floor measurements based on the application project
4 Through the application project; plastering, painting, door and window measurements
5 Through the application project; Making quantity survey and material calculations, reinforcement and quantity survey, filling out the quantity summary table,
6 Making measurements of doors, hinges, locks, door handles, etc., calculating the required materials, showing the materials in the list, transportation calculations, examining the tender dossier.
7 Suspended ceiling and wall covering measurements, what should be in the tables regarding the measurements and sample problem solving.
8 Based on the prepared sample project; Excavation, foundation, concrete, iron, formwork and scaffolding measurements, determination of unit production quantities and materials.

10 Making wall, plaster and paint quantity measurements, determining the types and quantities of production inputs to be used in manufacturing, determining the valid market prices for the inputs,
