According to KTO Karatay University Education and Examination Regulations, instructors are obliged to conduct at least one midterm and final exam in each academic semester. Apart from these applications, techniques such as projects, field studies, organization visits, research, presentations, homework, etc. are applied. The success of the student in the courses is determined by evaluating the mid-term grades and the final exam grade together. In-semester grades consist of quiz grades, mid-term exam grades and grades given for homework, applications and practical work depending on the course. In the credit system, the type of mid-term and final evaluations (exam, homework, practice, etc.) and their weights are announced by the instructor to the department chair and students within the first two weeks of the semester.
