Course Content
In the Ottoman Empire, which began to disintegrate and collapse in the face of political, economic, cultural, and socio-psychological problems arising from the encounter between Western cultures and Turkish culture, the reform movements carried out within the framework of the search for solutions, the political events experienced during the transition from empire to nation-state, and the establishment of the Republic of Turkey as a result of the national struggle led by Mustafa Kemal Atatürk will be discussed.
Objectives of the Course
In line with the general objectives of the Republic of Turkey, it is the second lesson of sharing with students.
