Course Content
Factors affecting communication and self-knowledge: receiving and giving feedback, perception and bias, nonverbal communication, empathic listening, basic human response styles, how assertiveness affects personal and professional relationships, the relationship between thoughts and feelings and behavior, expressing emotions with the language of "I" and "you" Its impact on human relations is examined.
Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is; the importance of communication in human relations, the general principles of communication, self-awareness and awareness.
