Course Content
This lesson; Definition of the Concept of Resource in Health Institutions, Importance of Resources in Health Institutions, Selection of Resources in Health Institutions, Efficient and Effective Use of Resources in Health Institutions, Goal Setting in Health Institutions, Determination of Needs in Health Institutions, Distribution of Resources in Health Institutions, Planning of Resources in Health Institutions, Determination of Resource Users in Health Institutions, It includes the subjects of Training of Resource Users in Health Institutions, Control in Resource Use in Health Institutions, Evaluation Process in Resource Use in Health Institutions, General Evaluation, Case Study.
Objectives of the Course
The aim of the course is to explain the importance of resource planning and material management in health enterprises, and to introduce the structure of health institutions that provide health services according to this planning and management.
