Course Content
Definition and comprehension of awareness, knowing and perceiving one's self and the outside world, and increasing awareness over existing acquired patterns.
Objectives of the Course
The aim of the course is to increase the awareness and consciousness of young people aged 18-25 in university education about themselves, the outside world and life, to realize the moment and to distance it from virtual perception, to increase the perception of real life cognitively, emotionally, physically and spiritually.
