Course Content
The content of the course consists of the basic elements of health services marketing, target elements and pricing strategies in health services.
Objectives of the Course
The aim of the course students; advantages of marketing activities in health institutions; formulation, implementation, evaluation and control of classical marketing mix elements in healthcare institutions; purchasing behavior and decision-making processes of health care buyers; the factors affecting the satisfaction of these consumers, the basic principles for the development of marketing communication strategies for improving corporate image for healthcare services.
