Course Content
Definition of hygiene and sanitation, history, general principles, relationship between microorganisms and sanitation, food hygiene, water hygiene, personnel hygiene, business hygiene, pest control, cleaning and cleaning materials, disinfection and disinfectants, management of sanitation processes.
Objectives of the Course
In the working environment, they will be given qualifications for handling sanitation according to hygiene rules.
