Course Content
The importance of first aid, basic concepts about first aid; respiratory and circulatory system first aid, basic life support; automatic external defibrillator; bleeding-bleeding control and first aid in shock; first aid for injuries; first aid, bandages for fractures, dislocations, sprains and muscle cramps; first aid for drownings; first aid in case of poisoning; first aid for burns, frostbite and heatstroke; first aid for animal bites; community disasters, scene and patient/injured assessment; Removing and transporting the injured person from the accident scene and triage; Medical conditions requiring first aid.
Objectives of the Course
To gain knowledge and skills about the first aid applications to protect and sustain the health of the individual / community suffering from a catastrophic, sudden illness or any accident in the event of a disaster.
