Course Content
This course includes the following topics: Course Introduction and Orientation, Introduction to Business Life and Business Culture, Corporate Culture and Institutional Structure, Business Ethics and Professional Behavior, Communication Skills, Teamwork and Collaboration, Time Management and Planning, Communication Technologies in the Business Environment, Performance, Motivation and Job Satisfaction, Career Planning and Personal Development, Job Security and Work Discipline, Stress Management and Balance in Business Life, General Review and Practical Evaluation.
Objectives of the Course
The goal of this course is to facilitate a smooth transition for new employees into their roles within the organization. By providing them with information about the company's mission, values, culture, policies, procedures, and expectations, it will help them feel welcomed, informed, and ready to contribute effectively to the organization.
