1 Introduction to the course objectives and final project guidelines, group formation and business selection; the logic of business analysis, data collection methods (interview, observation, website/secondary data review), establishing the analysis framework.
2 The course covers topics such as structuring presentation content, information flow logic, slide design principles, data visualization (graphic/table/logo analysis), citation and APA 7 principles, plagiarism, and the use of artificial intelligence.
3 Oral presentation skills (body language, voice, time management, question-answer management); how to conduct a SWOT analysis, differentiating between strengths/weaknesses and opportunities/threats, strategic evaluation and interpretation of competitive advantage; application on a case study.
4 A complete analysis of the selected company (general information, foreign trade, HR, management profile, SWOT); question-and-answer session and evaluation after the presentation.
