Course Content
The place of Turkish language among world languages ​​and historical periods of Turkish language. Sounds in Turkish and their classification, sound features of Turkish and rules related to phonetics. Derivative suffixes of Turkish and their application, general information about composition. It includes plans and applications to be used in composition writing.
Objectives of the Course
It aims to provide the ability to use Turkish correctly and beautifully as a means of written and oral expression in terms of the language-thought connection and to make a unifying and integrative language dominant in education, and to raise young people who are conscious of their mother tongue.

P3 Ability to analyze the service models, operational processes and organizational structures of national and international airline companies; to follow current developments in the field of civil aviation cabin services and to integrate these innovations into flight services and passenger satisfaction processes. 1
P4 To be able to act in accordance with the legal framework in cabin service operations and to apply the safety, responsibility and ethical standards of the sector by being competent in the national and international legal rules, legislation and regulations regulating the civil aviation sector. 1
P5 Nationally and internationally; to be knowledgeable about aircraft, aviation logistics, air cargo, tourism. 1
P6 To be able to carry out civil aviation cabin services processes in accordance with legal regulations by being competent in the Turkish Civil Aviation Law and international civil aviation legislation. 1

1 Spelling and punctuation
2 Types of written expression: Article. General information about the article. Explanation of how to prepare and write an article. Reading various article samples. Preparation of an article on "Development of language awareness, language pollution and Atatürk's Understanding of Language".
3 Types of written expression: Essay, criticism, anecdote and interview. Characteristics of these types and examination of sample pieces.
4 Event writings: Story. Examples of stories from Turkish literature
5 Event writings: Novel. Definition, subject, elements and types of novel. Novel examples from Turkish and world literature.
6 Emotional writings: Poetry. Reading examples of poems by some well-known poets in Turkish literature and providing the pleasure of reading and listening to poetry.
7 Types of written expressions related to daily life: Travelogue, memoirs and diary. Reading and examining sample passages related to these genres.
8 Letters are a type of written expression. The relationship between letters and daily life. How to use this type of correspondence via e-mail. Reading sample letters from Turkish literature.
9 Types of oral presentation: Conference, symposium, congress and interview. Preparation of a conference sample on topics such as youth problems, the importance of love and tolerance, etc.
10 Types of discussion-based expression: Panel, forum, panel discussion. Holding a panel discussion on topics such as modernization and secularism, democracy and republic, etc.
11 Scientific research methods. Selecting and limiting the topic. Preparing a plan sample and conducting a source scan accordingly.
12 Putting research results into writing. Citing sources and writing footnotes.
13 Promotion of periodicals, books and encyclopedias on language and culture
14 Utilizing libraries. The function and importance of libraries in social life. Accessing information in electronic environment.
