Course Content
This course covers an introduction to private jet cabin crew, the structure of business aviation, cabin crew duties and responsibilities, pre-flight preparation, equipment checks, safety and security procedures, the boarding process, VIP welcoming, service standards, galley and catering management, hygiene and presentation principles, management of passenger requests, confidentiality and customer relations, cockpit-cabin coordination, emergency responsibilities such as turbulence, smoke, decompression, and medical situations, post-flight procedures, reporting, professional ethics, and case studies.
Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to enable students to understand the duties, authority, and responsibilities of private jet cabin crew within the framework of business aviation operations. The course aims to provide knowledge about pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties, safety and security responsibilities, VIP passenger service, personalized service, confidentiality, professional representation, cabin preparation, catering management, and the role of cabin crew in emergencies.
