Course Content
Project Management (Building Requirements, Preliminary Surveys, Planning of Projects).
Objectives of the Course
The main goals of the course are: To teach and transfer concepts on issues related to construction and management, basic tasks in management organization, responsibilities of civil engineering in site management, basic concepts of planning, control, maintenance and design. To convey the knowledge about the tasks of site manager on issues of law and control during site establishment and evaluation of these knowledge. To emphasize the importance of experience. To define the concepts of work place and business organizations; , team work and individual work approaches. To introduce the basic and essential components of site management.
