Course Content
Field studies, tunnel length section and cross section selection, tunneling methods, tunneling techniques with NATM and TBM, tunnel measurement methods.
Objectives of the Course
To establish the concept of which tunneling method will be selected in which conditions and situations, which excavation and support system should be selected for the opening of an underground tunnel.
