Course Content
Individual labor law relations with the employers within the scope of the labor contract in the framework of the establishment of the service contract, provisions and end it is focused on.
Objectives of the Course
Explanining the unique of labor law and its relation with other branches of law the purpose of providing the ablilty to interpret within the framework of the principles of law covered.
