Course Content
This course covers the fundamental concepts, theories, and application areas of organizational behavior. Topics include individual behavior in the workplace, group dynamics, motivation theories, leadership styles, organizational culture, and conflict management. The course is supported by practical examples, case studies, and group discussions. It also aims to develop students'skills in analyzing human behavior in work settings and formulating strategic solutions.
Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to help students understand individual and group behavior in organizations from psychological and management perspectives. The course seeks to develop students'ability to analyze organizational problems and generate solutions using scientific approaches.
