Course Content
Having knowledge about the definition and types of schema therapy, methods and techniques used in schema therapy.
Objectives of the Course
It is to help clients reach their basic needs (love-attachment, freedom of movement, fun, self-expression and setting realistic limits) in healthy ways by identifying the schemas that lie at the root of their current problems and changing them.
