Course Content
This course covers job analysis, job description, and determining personnel requirements. Students engage in candidate evaluation using psychometric tests, interview techniques, group exercises, and assessment center applications. Ethical and legal issues in the selection and placement process are also discussed. Practical case studies and role-playing activities are included to provide students with hands-on experience.
Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to enable students to learn employee selection and placement processes both theoretically and practically in organizational settings. It aims to develop students'ability to evaluate candidates based on job analysis, identify suitable positions, and effectively apply selection methods. The course also teaches the use of tools such as psychological tests, interview techniques, and assessment centers. It aims to help students make scientific and ethical decisions in human resource management processes.
