Objectives of the Course
This course is designed for students who want to conduct independent scientific research and who want to improve their academic skills in this area. Students are required to prepare a thesis under the supervision of an instructor in order to apply the theoretical knowledge they obtain during undergraduate education and training. Students who are equipped with sufficient knowledge about the research methods in psychology are aimed to develop hypotheses on selected topics and to make qualitative or experimental studies in the direction of the patterns they have established. In the first semester of the course, the student should prepare a scientific research proposal and pass it to the data collection stage.
