Course Content
Endüstri ve Örgüt Psikolojisi işletme içerisinde insan davranışını tanıma, analiz etme, insan davranışının diğer örgütsel değişkenlerle etkileşimini kavramak. İşe alımdan başlayan çalışma yaşamı sürecinde insana dair kişilik, tutum, değerler, motivasyon gibi özelliklerin ,bireysel ve örgütsel düzeyde nasıl sonuçlar çıkardığını anlamak.
Objectives of the Course
To provide students with basic information about researches and practices in working life by considering the basic subjects and concepts of industrial and organizational psychology in the historical development process.
