Objectives of the Course
This course focuses on the development of psychology as an academic and applied discipline. It examines the philosophical debates, approaches, physiological developments and early theoretical approaches that laid the groundwork for the development of psychology as a science. The effects of the historical context and relationships with developments in other sciences are evaluated.
