Course Content
Öznel iyi oluş, olumlu duygulanım, umut, iyimserlik, mutluluk, psikolojik dayanıklılık, travma sonrası gelişim, hedefler, (yaşamın) anlam(ı) ve bireylerin güçlü özellikleri ve erdemleri. Bütün bu konuları incelerken teorilerin dayandığı bilimsel yöntemlere de ayrıca yer verilecektir. Bu konuların yanı sıra "iyi insan"ın farklı kültürlerde nasıl tanımlandığı inceleyecek ve pozitif psikoloji konusunda özel bir yeri olan "farkındalık "çalışmaları da uygulamalı olarak anlatılacaktır.
Objectives of the Course
Both positive psychology aims to introduce a different point of view as a new field, as well as to demonstrate close ties with other areas of psychology and with other disciplines. The information obtained through scientific research on how to use positive psychology to develop individual, group and society will be discussed. Students will also have the opportunity to experiment with these theoretical knowledge at personal level through personal development practices.
