Course Content
Project organizational structure, fundamentals of project management, project decision-making process, project analysis, project planning, logical framework, SWOT analysis, risk management, quality management, resource allocation, project monitoring, closure, and evaluation, and presentation.
Objectives of the Course
The process of making project decisions within an institution or organization, designing the project analysis and planning stages, as well as the project monitoring and completion stages are covered. Students reinforce their theoretical knowledge through practical application by creating a project draft.
