Course Content
Project organizational structure, project management, project decision making, analysis, planning, budget, risk management, quality management, resource allocation issues, and project monitoring, closure and evaluation.
Objectives of the Course
The importance of projects in ensuring the sustainability of a business and developing products and services that appeal to the market and customers is discussed. This section covers the stages of project decision-making, analysis, planning, implementation, and completion.
