Islamic Economics and Finance

Fundamental concepts of cost accounting, types and classification of costs, cost calculation methods, full costing and variable costing, budgeting and cost control systems, cost analysis in decision-making processes, the strategic role of management accounting, activity-based costing, target costing, and cost management applications.

The aim of this course is to teach students the concepts of cost and management accounting, enable them to understand cost calculation methods in businesses, and demonstrate how cost analyses are used in management decision-making processes. Students will learn various costing methods and management accounting tools through practical applications, gaining competence in assessing financial performance and making strategic decisions for businesses.
