Course Content
In the course, the basic standards covering contemporary commercial contracts and financing issues from the Islamic Finance Standards of AAOIFI and the TKBB Advisory Board will be covered.
Objectives of the Course
The aim is to provide a better understanding of the theoretical knowledge learned in other courses on Islamic law of obligations and to reveal halal financing methods by considering current commercial contracts and today's financing methods within the framework of AAOIFI and TKBB advisory board standards.
