Course Content
Course Content Basic information about Islamic Commercial Law, property, property, purchase and sale contracts.
Objectives of the Course
To introduce the basic concepts of Islamic Commercial Law to the students who take the Islamic Commercial Law course, to give information about the concepts of property, property, contract and debt in Islam, and to enable them to have a broad and holistic perspective.
