Course Content
In this course; Legal regulations, practices and standards related to occupational health and safety, basic concepts related to occupational health and safety, ergonomics, occupational health and safety issues in electrical works, how to work safely in closed areas, occupational health and safety practices in working at height and OHSAS 18001 standard will be mentioned.
Objectives of the Course
Learning the legal regulations, practices and standards about occupational health and safety. To have knowledge about the basic concepts of occupational health and safety. To provide basic information about ergonomics. Learning the methods of protecting employees against electrical risk and the occupational health and safety precautions to be taken in working with electricity in workplaces. Learning to work safely in confined spaces. Learning occupational health and safety practices in working at height. Having knowledge about the OHSAS 18001 system.
