Course Content
Energy Markets - Competition Law and Energy, Energy Markets - Operational and Current Issues, Renewable Energy, Oil and LPG Market - Operation and Contemporary Issues, Natural Gas Market - Functioning and Current Issues, Legal Principles of Energy Licenses, Partnerships in Energy Projects and Project Financing Topics such as Financing of Projects in the Sector, Privatizations in the Field of Energy, Energy Deflation and TCK, Conflict Resolution in Energy Investments, Nuclear Energy, Energy Trading and Organized Markets, Energy and Environment, Enforcement Procedures and Control of EMRA will be covered.
Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to ensure that the students have knowledge of the main legal rules that constitute the legal framework of the energy market, and of the operation and current problems of the market.
