Course Content
Basic concepts and theoretical framework related to Human Resources, Human Resources Functions, Core Duties of the Human Resources Manager, Contemporary Human Resources Approach and Current Concepts, Strategic Human Resources Management and Management by Objectives, The Role of Human Resources Function in Implementing Top Management Strategies, Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Human Resources Functions within the Organization, Job Analysis and Job Description, Personnel Planning Based on Job Analysis Results, Training and Development Activities, Career Management, Career Planning Process, Compensation Management System, Labor Law and Industrial Relations, Contemporary Management and Human Resources Practices.
Objectives of the Course
The purpose of the Human Resources Management course is to highlight the importance of "people," who have become the most valuable resource for businesses today, and to demonstrate how to manage this resource effectively to give companies a competitive edge over their rivals.
