Environmental legislation, administrative fines, international environmental and climate treaties, environmental permits and license obligations, examples of violations, environmental legal correspondence, public information
Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to teach the subjects such as recognition of environmental legislation and quality management systems, organization and structure of environment, examination of related regulations and environmental law correspondences.
